Garum es un vino de color cereza intenso con delicados destellos violáceos, limpio y con buena profundidad en copa.
Aromáticamente destaca por sus frutas negras maduras, especialmente ciruela y mora, complementadas por suaves notas florales que recuerdan a violetas. Su paso por madera aporta matices ligeros de vainilla, especias dulces y un sutil tostado.
