OTRAS INDICACIONES Contiene sulfitos Maceración en tanques de acero inoxidable durante 8 a 10 días con temperatura controlada a 25ºC aprox. Crianza de 3 meses en roble americano y 3 meses en botella.  
NOTA DE CATA Vista: De intenso color rojo guinda con ribete rubí,  intensidad media alta capa alta. Nariz: Destacan notas florales, junto con la presencia de fruta del bosque madura (como la grosella y el arándano). Estos aromas se complementan con sutiles notas de vainilla y regaliz, que añaden profundidad y complejidad al perfil aromático del vino. Boca: Vino redondo y bien estructurada, textura suave y equilibrada en el paladar. La persistencia en boca indica que los sabores perduran. MARIDAJE Este vino sería una excelente elección para acompañar una variedad de platos y aperitivos, embutidos, setas y ahumados.

It is easy to imagine yourself dolled up from head to toe and enjoying this matured profile of tannins with elegant sweet notes at the finish. The 2021 vintage isn’t dry and showcases a golden medium between how acidic and soft red wine deals can be in practice.
