Vista: Intenso color rojo rubí, de capa media y lágrima poco densa.
En Nariz: Nasalmente nos encontramos con un vino intenso en el que predominan los frutos rojo, frutas del bosque con algunas notas ligeras florales blancas.
En Boca: Muy buena entrada en boca lo notamos un vino agradable durante todo su paso en boca con un final memorable, persistente, bien equilibrado con mucha fuerza de tanino.
MARIDAJE
Debido a su carácter manchego, recomendamos maridar éste vino con algunas comidas típicas de la zona: unas migas de pastor, gachas manchegas, galianos (gazpacho manchego) o cualquier carne como el cordero de lechal también le iría genial.
