NOTA DE CATA
Vista: Color rojo intenso brillante que deriva al picota o cereza oscuro con ribetes violáceos, de capa media y lágrima no muy densa.
En Nariz: Multitud de aromas primarios acompañan a éste vino, desde fruta roja o negra (mora, ciruela) con un fondo herbáceo bien acentuado y ligeras notas de vainilla.
En Boca: Entrada elegante y suave, paso de boca acompasado y un final con un postgusto muy bien equilibrado, es un vino fresco y se nota mucho su juventud y fruta.
MARIDAJE
Cualquier tipo de guiso marida perfectamente, patatas a lo pobre, ajo de patatas, cocido, gachas y migas manchegas.
