NOTA DE CATA Vista: Con un color rojo púrpura y una alta capa, de lágrima baja. Nariz: se destaca una potencia aromática notable, con claros recuerdos a yogur de frutos rojos. Además, se percibe un fondo azucarado debido a su paso por maceración carbónica, lo que aporta dulzura y complejidad aromática. Boca: se experimenta una entrada dulce y fresca en boca, con un equilibrio notable y una persistencia media. Es fácil de beber, con un carácter frutal acentuado que lo hace muy agradable. MARIDAJE Este vino sería ideal para acompañar platos como arroces, carnes de caza y quesos fuertes. Su frescura y carácter frutal complementarían muy bien estos alimentos.
