Vista:
Color rojo intenso, con tonos violáceos. Su capa es densa, lo que sugiere una gran estructura y concentración en el vino. -
Nariz:
Complejidad aromática en la que se aprecian notas de frutas negras maduras, como mora, ciruela que se combinan con sutiles matices especiados de pimienta negra y clavo. -
Boca:
Elegante y bien estructurado. La entrada es suave, pero rápidamente se desarrolla en el paladar con una buena concentración de sabores de frutas negras. De final es largo y persistente, con una ligera nota mineral que deja un retrogusto fresco.
MARIDAJE
Ideal para acompañar con carnes blancas, carnes rojas a la brasa así como pescados grasos (atún), embutidos y quesos.
