Vista: Encontramos un vino brillante, de lágrima muy densa y color guinda.
En Nariz: Fruta negra madura como la ciruela y la mora, ligeras notas de regaliza con cacao y ahumados de su paso largo por madera.
En Boca: Muy explosivo en boca, de paso noble y elegante hasta su máxima expresión, con una estructura muy bien conseguida, mucho tanino y de acidez perfectamente controlada.
MARIDAJE
Lo podemos maridar con todo tipo de embutidos, jamón ibérico, revueltos caseros, así como carnes de todo tipo, asados, arroces.
