NOTA DE CATA
Vista: Color intenso rojo guinda, vivaz de capa media alta.
En Nariz: Un vino franco, de una intensidad alta, al principio notamos todos los varietales de tempranillo sobre un fondo tostado con aromas a vainilla y cacao propios de su paso por madera.
En Boca: Tiene un paso de boca muy suave, elegante , persistente, muy amplio de estructura y con una acidez bien controlada.
MARIDAJE
Lo podemos maridar con embutidos ibéricos, jamón, quesos curados, carnes de barbacoa y guisos varios.
