Vista: En fase visual se puede apreciar tonos dorados característicos de ésta variedad.
En Nariz: Aromas fruta exótica como manzana recién cortada, mango, maracuyá, melón y piña, junto con cítricos bien marcados.
En Boca: Muy fresco, con una acidez bien controlada, bien detectada la fruta tropical y buena estructura.
MARIDAJE
Es un vino que marida para todo tipo de pescados, pero sobre todo pescados al horno, como la dorada, también marida bien con todo tipo de pastas, arroces.

With the 2020 vintage, Enate Chardonnay has a surprisingly deep and mature flavor. The proper temp for white wine under recommendation is from ten to twelve degrees Celcius.
