Vista: Intenso color rojo guinda brillante, de capa media y de lágrima no muy densa.
En Nariz: Fruta roja y negra, con ciertas notas aromáticas a vainilla y especias con algo de bajomonte.
En Boca: En todas sus fases es perfecto, entrada sencilla sin estridencias, el paso es elegante y firme, goloso, frutal, llegando a un final con un postgusto muy persistente.
MARIDAJE
Como buen roble podemos maridarlo con inmensidad de platos, entre ellos una lasagna italiana, pizza Cuatro Estaciones, Cuatro Quesos, Margarita, etc..
