Vista: Rojo granate intenso, brillante de capa alta con ribetes violáceos.
En Nariz: Intenso, limpio, características aromáticas de fruta madura, torrefactos y cacao de su paso por la madera, la cual está muy bien integrada en el vino.
En Boca: Paso en boca sabroso, carnoso, potente, untuoso, lo podríamos definir como un vino bien estructurado y redondo en todos sus sentidos.

Marida con todo tipo de pucheros, ibéricos, carnes de caza, arroces con ave.
