Vista: Capa alta, de un rojo cereza con intenso con ribetes violáceos.
En Nariz: Percibimos fruta roja, fruta negra frutas silvestres y un característico aroma a violeta y cassis.
En Boca: Destaca por ser un vino muy solido, bien estructurado, la variedad Syrah le da un toque goloso, muy agradable de beber.
MARIDAJE
Marida a la perfección con quesos curados, quesos en aceite, también con cecinas, ibéricos y carnes de caza.
