NOTA DE CATA
Vista: Encontramos un vino de capa media-alta, con un intenso color guinda con ribetes violáceos.
En Nariz: Principalmente nos vienen aromas primarios como fruta roja y algo de fruta negra silvestre madura, todo con determinadas notas a violeta, especias, tomillo y cassis.
En Boca: En un primer momento percibimos un vino muy sólido, sin fisuras, bien estructurado, con un paso largo y agradable. El final es muy elegante, goloso, en resumen, un vino fácil de beber.
MARIDAJE
Marida a la perfección con carnes de caza de todo tipo, embutidos (ibéricos en toda su extensión, etc.) quesos curados y quesos en aceite.
