Vista: Vino de un intenso color guida cereza, de lágrima muy densa y capa media-alta.
En Nariz: Encontramos aromas primarios a fruta (roja y negra), sobre una base de especia y trufa, suaves torrefactos y cacao.
En Boca: Su entrada en boca es muy envolvente, jugosa, con un tanino redondo y bien perfilado, el paso por boca es muy evocador y sedoso llegando a un final donde toda esa fruta explota y permanece en un postgusto muy agradable. Estructura perfecta y acidez muy bien controlada.
MARIDAJE
Cordero a la pastora, caldo gallego, cualquier carne (en este caso recomendamos carne de pluma o caza de pelo), asados, arroces en toda su extensión maridan perfectamente con éste vino.
