NOTA DE CATA
Vista: Vino de capa media, lágrima no muy densa y de un color rojo intenso brillante.
En Nariz: Aromas principales a fruta roja (fresa, frambuesa, etc.), ligeras notas de especias y cassis.
En Boca: Suave entrada en boca y paso por la misma sedosa, sin ninguna alteración, llegando a un final muy bien equilibrado, se nota que el enólogo he hecho un gran trabajo en éste vino ya que la acidez y estructura son perfectas.
MARIDAJE
Debido a que es un vino joven y a su carácter frutal éste vino es un complemento ideal para carnes blancas, canelones con carne picada, cualquier otro tipo de pasta, pizza, etc..
