Vista: Visualmente observamos un vino de una tonalidad guinda madura con detalles granates.
En Nariz: Aromáticamente detectamos mucha fruta roja no muy madura (fresa, grosella, etc.) ciertas notas a vainilla y una base cremosa de su paso por madera.
En Boca: Elegante, sabroso, carnoso, un paso largo y un final muy equilibrado, de acidez y estructura perfecta.
MARIDAJE
Lo podemos complementar perfectamente con un magret de pato, chuleta de vaca, cordero asado al horno de leña, cochifrito, etc..
